Shipping Policy Dorothy's Herb Shop and Herbal Apothecary

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders processing may take longer. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We offer the following options at checkout: Standard Shipping, Priority Shipping.

Free Shipping We do not offer free standard shipping at this time

Local Pickup Local pickup is available at Dorothy's Herb Shop and Herbal Apothecary located inside The Shops on West Diamond, 6 W Diamond Street, Butler PA 16001. Select local pickup at checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours at dorothysherbshop@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will make it right.

International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally.
