This offering is for those who would like dedicated time with Dorothy to ask questions, talk through one concern, or receive guidance while choosing herbs.

During your 20-minute session, you may:

• Ask focused questions

• Discuss one primary concern

• Receive help selecting herbs or blends

• Get guidance while shopping the apothecary

This is scheduled time so your questions can be given proper attention.

Session Fee + Credit

The $20 session fee is applied toward herbs purchased the same day, during your visit.

Example:
If you purchase $45 in herbs, your total will be reduced by $20.

If no herbs are purchased, the session fee remains as payment for time.

The credit cannot be transferred to another day, another person, or used online.

Important Notes

This is not a full herbal consultation and does not include:

• Full health intake

• Written protocols

• Ongoing support

• Review of extensive health history

If deeper support is needed, a full consultation may be recommended.

How Booking Works

Sessions are held in person at Dorothy’s Herb Shop.
Please arrive on time so you receive your full session.

Availability is limited.

Cancellation Policy

20 Minutes With Dorothy sessions are scheduled time reserved specifically for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, including no-shows, will result in the session fee being forfeited.

Late arrival may shorten your session time so that scheduled appointments can be honored.

Refund Policy

Session fees are non-refundable.

The $20 session fee may be applied toward herbs purchased during your visit on the same day as your appointment.

If the credit is not used during that visit, it expires and cannot be applied to future purchases, transferred to another person, or used online.

If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, your appointment may be rescheduled to another available time.
